Deals Burundi

🇧🇮 Demo Horizon recently supported the Government of Burundi in structuring a strategic public-private partnership (PPP).

This legal assistance mission involved the implementation of a PPP contract for the development of the agricultural and animal value chain in Burundi—including the creation of a contractual mechanism and a management framework for a food production unit livestock.

➡️ An intervention that is part of the intersection of public law, rural development and private investment, with the objective of sustainably strengthening local capacities and structuring a key sector for food sovereignty in Burundi.

Forhom by Egis

Demo Horizon supports the rise in competence of public decision-makers.

From 19 to 22 May 2025, our Managing Partner Bakary Dramé will host a training session in La Rochelle (France) organized by Forhom by Egis on the theme:

“Procurement and execution of public contracts in the light of guidelines from international donors (World Bank, African Development Bank, AFD...).”

This training is aimed at African and Haitian executives involved in donor-funded projects. It aims to strengthen procurement, execution and contractual follow-up practices for public contracts in accordance with international standards.
