Founder
Bakary Dramé is the Founder of Demo Horizon. He obtained a PhD and master’s degree in law at Paris Saclay University (France). He is a graduate and certified by the Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands), the University of Bamako (Mali) and the Senghor University in Alexandria (Egypt).
He is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar and a registered Solicitor in Ireland. He is an international consultant and Lecture for several Universities.
After several years practicing with leading international law firms in Paris and across Africa, he launched his own firm to support public and private actors in the development of strategic and cross-border projects.

We also contribute and engage with the communities local, through community volunteering, support and philanthropic giving in Africa.
