Over the past decade, he has developed a strong focus on legal and technical assistance in project financing and development—particularly in the energy, mining, water, transport, and infrastructure sectors. 

 

He also has a solid practice in sports law, advising and representing athletes, clubs, and federations on transfers, disciplinary matters, and sponsorship agreements.

Bakary Dramé regularly advises governments, public institutions, and private companies on complex contracts, local content strategies, regulatory frameworks, M&A transactions, and project structuring across Africa and Europe.

Beyond transactional work, he is actively involved in legal reform and legislative drafting, having contributed to various regulatory texts and national development programs. 

 

He also collaborates with law firms on complex mandates and frequently speak and publish on legal developments and investment policy in Africa. He a member of several professional and academic associations.
