Mohammed Khamlichi is a member of the Paris Bar and focuses primarily on public law and European Union law. He advises and represents individuals, companies and institutions in contentious and pre-contentious proceedings, as well as in securing their operations and drafting legal documents.

His career combines academic rigor with practical experience. He has notably worked within the legal department of the SUEZ Group, at the Melun Administrative Court, and with law firms in Paris. He has developed solid experience in strategic advisory, administrative litigation and legal support for both public and private sector clients.

Fluent in French and Arabic, he advises French and international clients on complex matters requiring in-depth expertise in public law and European Union law.
