On November 1, 2025, the Founding Partner of Demo Horizon had the pleasure of being invited to attend the Monaco vs. Paris FC match in Monaco.

This sporting event, filled with energy and emotion, offered a valuable opportunity for connection and reflection.

Despite Monaco’s defeat, the match highlighted the team spirit, determination, and resilience that we also uphold within Demo Horizon.

These shared values remind us that, both in sport and in business, success is built on discipline, perseverance, and collaboration.

At Demo Horizon, we see sport as a powerful source of inspiration. It reflects the importance of commitment, unity, and continuous improvement, principles that guide our firm’s pursuit of excellence.

Demo Horizon recently supported the Government of Burundi in structuring a public-private partnership (PPP) aimed at strengthening the country’s agricultural value chain.

This legal advisory mission focused on developing a study on the establishment and operation of an Aflasafe production unit, an essential product for the prevention of aflatoxins in cereals — a major public health and food security issue.

The project also involved designing a mechanism for the direct participation of producers, breeders, farmers, and distributors of Aflasafe, thereby promoting participatory governance and local ownership of the initiative in Burundi.

This mission lies at the intersection of law, rural development, and public-private investment, with the ambition to strengthen national capacities sustainably while combating aflatoxins in Burundi and across the East African subregion.

At Demo Horizon, we are proud to place our strategic legal expertise at the service of high-impact economic and social projects, helping to build a healthier and more prosperous future for the African continent.

On October 4, 2025, in Bamako, our Managing Partner Bakary Dramé officially presented the findings of the legal and institutional assistance mission carried out with the National Council of Employers of Mali (CNPM).

This mission, conducted as part of efforts to strengthen the CNPM's governance, institutional effectiveness, and legal framework, aimed to support the institution in modernizing its texts, strengthening its internal governance mechanisms, and consolidating its role in promoting the national private sector.

At the end of the presentation, several concrete recommendations were made to ensure the gradual and concerted implementation of the proposed reforms, in accordance with the principles of good governance and institutional legitimacy.

This initiative is in line with Demo Horizon's vision: Building sustainable bridges between international standards and local realities for a strong, modern, and credible Malian private sector.

Many thanks to the CNPM team for their collaboration, as well as to all the stakeholders who contributed to the success of this mission.
